You would also want to determine if you are in a flood zone. If you will need financing for your project, you may want to determine what loan amount you are pre-qualified for.

Robinson Contracting, Inc. works with several drafting and architectural firms that can help create some preliminary drawings of your proposed job. When you are completely satisfied with the drafts a complete set of engineered plans will be created and submitted for permitting.

Construction time depends on the type and size of the project. We have had 1000 sq. ft. additions take as little as 3 months to complete or custom homes that took 9 months to complete. Robinson Contracting, Inc. will have an estimated time of completion for every job.
